What is NudgeX Link?
NudgeX Link is a software-defined live sign for a real-world place, object or moment. The owner updates its status in the iOS app; whoever arrives opens it by URL, QR code or NFC tag to read the current answer, use essential links or send one controlled preset signal.
What makes it different from a printed or digital sign?
A printed notice becomes stale, while traditional digital signage needs dedicated screen hardware. NudgeX Link keeps one reusable URL, QR code or NFC tag in place and lets the owner change the sign remotely. The visitor’s own phone becomes the screen only when the information is needed.
Is NudgeX Link a chat app or Link-in-bio service?
No. It is a live sign for whoever arrives, not a profile or list of online destinations. Visitors cannot type a free-text message, reply, upload media or start a conversation. Essential links remain limited to the current situation, and status always comes first.
Do visitors need the app?
No. A visitor opens a NudgeX Link Page in a normal mobile browser. Only the Page owner needs the iOS app.
How do QR codes and NFC tags work?
Both contain the same random HTTPS Page address. NudgeX Link creates the QR code and provides an NFC-ready URL; any compatible third-party NFC writer can place that URL on a standard tag.
Can a NudgeX Link Page appear in Google or other search engines?
Only when the owner explicitly enables public indexing. The switch is off by default. Disabled pages are excluded from the sitemap and return a noindex directive even though the random link still works for invited visitors.
What does NudgeX Link cost?
The free plan includes one Page. NudgeX Link Plus is US$5.99 per month and unlocks up to five Pages, custom addresses and optional NudgeX Link branding on each Page. Safety and reporting notices remain visible. Halo, Paper and Midnight are included; seven special scene themes are separate one-time purchases and are not included with Plus.
What is Hi Mode?
Hi Mode is an optional one-way preset signal. It is off by default, requires a risk confirmation and never creates chat, replies, profiles or a social graph.
Is NudgeX Link an emergency service?
No. NudgeX Link can deliver a preset alert, but it must not be used instead of local emergency services when a person, animal or property is in immediate danger.
