manual

PRODUCT MANUAL

From first Page to the physical moment.

A practical manual for owners: what each control does, how to use it and which real-world scene it is designed to solve.
FEATURE BY FEATURE

Every control, with its reason.

The manual distinguishes draft preview from the currently published visitor Page and calls out irreversible or safety-sensitive actions before they happen.
01
START

Create and publish a Page

Use Apple or passwordless email sign-in, choose a real-world scene and publish one random address.
1
Sign in and tap the separated + button.
2
Choose a scene, Page mode and included theme.
3
Edit the public title, status, notice and return time, then save.
USE IT WHEN
You need a reusable public page for a place, object or temporary moment.
Note · The free plan supports one Page. Plus supports up to five.
02
STATUS

Set a live status and schedule

Publish the current state, an optional return time and a short notice without replacing the public address.
1
Open Edit Page and update the status fields.
2
Add a future return time when the timing matters.
3
Enable End automatically, then choose Restore previous or Hide status.
USE IT WHEN
A shop closes briefly, maintenance is in progress or an arrival time changes.
Note · Expired return times must be cleared or replaced before publishing.
03
ENTRY

Share by URL, QR or NFC

Every entry method resolves to the same canonical public Page.
1
Open Share Page from the active Page card.
2
Copy the URL or save the QR artwork for print.
3
Write the same URL to a standard NFC tag with a compatible NFC writer.
USE IT WHEN
The Page appears in a message, shop window, door plate, vehicle card, badge or package insert.
Note · Always label QR and NFC with a plain-language explanation and keep a visible URL fallback.
04
APPEARANCE

Choose a theme and hero emoji

Use an included everyday theme or buy one special layout as a permanent purchase.
1
Open Appearance or Edit Page.
2
Choose Halo, Paper, Midnight or an owned special theme.
3
Optionally add one hero emoji, preview the draft, then save.
USE IT WHEN
The same utility needs to feel appropriate for retail, hospitality, pet care or a seasonal event.
Note · The editor preview shows the draft. The Safari button shows the currently published visitor Page.
05
SIGNALS

Enable preset Nudge and Hi Mode

Visitors can send one controlled signal without a free-text message, reply thread or public identity.
1
Run a successful test notification in Settings.
2
Choose Nudge or Hybrid Page mode and keep two to four relevant preset actions.
3
Enable Hi Mode only after reviewing its nuisance and ambiguity warning.
USE IT WHEN
A courier arrives, someone is waiting outside or a visible object needs attention.
Note · NudgeLink is not an emergency service and never promises notification delivery or response.
07
CONTROL

Pause, replace and control discovery

Keep the same Page while deciding when it resolves and whether search engines may index it.
1
Use Public Access to pause or resume the Page.
2
Replace the public address if an old QR code or NFC tag must stop working.
3
Enable search indexing only for information intended for broad public discovery.
USE IT WHEN
A printed tag is copied, a Page is temporarily unavailable or store hours should appear in search.
Note · Replacing an address is irreversible. Old printed materials stop working immediately.
08
PLUS

Manage several Pages and branding

Plus expands one Page to five, adds custom addresses and allows per-Page NudgeLink branding control.
1
Subscribe from Get Plus using the App Store purchase sheet.
2
Create another Page with the separated + button.
3
Switch the active Page from the title menu; every editor and activity view follows it.
USE IT WHEN
You manage several doors, vehicles, properties, pop-ups or business locations.
Note · Custom addresses need 3–40 lowercase letters, numbers or hyphens, including at least three letters.
09
AWARENESS

Use Activity, notifications and Widgets

Keep the selected Page visible and review recent opens, entries and allowed visitor signals.
1
Open Activity to review events for the active Page.
2
Test notifications before depending on Nudge or Hi Mode.
3
Add a NudgeLink Home Screen or Lock Screen Widget from the iOS widget gallery.
USE IT WHEN
A temporary operation needs glanceable status without repeatedly opening the app.
Note · Signing out removes account content from Widgets.
10
PURCHASES

Buy or restore Plus and themes

Plus is a monthly capacity subscription; each special theme is a separate non-consumable purchase.
1
Open Plus or Theme Store from the app.
2
Complete the native App Store purchase sheet.
3
Use Restore purchases after reinstalling or moving to another device with the same Apple Account.
USE IT WHEN
You need more Pages, custom addresses, optional branding or a specific special layout.
Note · Special themes are not included with Plus and do not change privacy or contact permissions.
